I think I’ve found my favorite pizza wine! Light-colored, with a lively nose of peppercorns, violets, spice and quinine. Zingy and crunchy in the mouth, with a contradictory sense that it’s both full-bodied yet light and zingy. Really unique!

Dusty, peppery aroma & flavor. Tangy & sharp. Notes of dark cherry, cranberry, white pepper, black pepper, cherry powder, & dry earth. Light bodied. Medium acidity. Medium-plus tannins.

Loved every drop of this. Layered red fruit with an almost savory note on the back end. Easy to drink, yet keeps you paying close attention to all the detail. Need more of this.

Spice spice spice......yet a dry spice. There is fruit in there for sure (figs and tobbacco right away I think). I would like to get this at a nicer cooler temp.

Peppercorns hit the nose immediately. Perfumey, dried fruit. Slight bitter notes on the finish. Very interesting wine.
