Susucaru Terre Siciliane Nerello Mascalese Rosato

Solid dry unfiltered rose volcanic notes, excellent

I like the blossom aromas from the green grape varieties, but otherwise this dark rosato does not do very much for me. Some years it’s excellent, some years are more ”meh”.

Very light red. Cherries, minerals, became better over the hour.
