Took a while for the baby poop to blow off, but when it did, it revealed a lovely Nerello with lifted florals, candied orange peel and hot rocks. A perfect match for rib eye bruschetta topped variously with ginger lemongrass heirloom tomatoes, corn with miso and orange, or roasted red pepper with pickled onion.
