I’m almost disappointed at how good this wine is. I didn’t want to believe the hype. It takes a moment to open up and I suggest drinking it cool but not cold. When first opened right out of the fridge it was very dry, a little smokey. And then as it opens and as it warms a bit the layers reveal themselves. Wonderful fruit: strawberry, maybe sour apple, and as one reviewer noted, watermelon. All with that leathery smokey thing underneath. Love it.

so intense, wild. in your face minerality, strawberry, pomegranite, guava. punchy stoney slightly salty. unlike any other wine i’ve tried.
