Flavor intensity and complexity in spades. Some natural funk but it adds to the whole and doesn't overwhelm. Food-friendly, rustic and redrinkable. Great stuff.

Admittedly I don't know what "correct" is on this wine. but I don't smell it and think "I want to put this in my mouth" & and don't taste it thinking I want to taste again.
