Very very expressive nose. Black cherry, almost kirsch like with lovely intensity. Great nose. Spice, mint and earth intermingled as well. Just lovely. Palate is dense and complex, typical of Nauges, with black cherry fruit that is focused and fresh. Sappy and very lively on the back end. Velvety and ripe but big Nauges tannins. Very pure. Sweet. A bit young, still, as 12 was an epic Nauges. Still has backbone for 10-12 more years. Best showing yet

Bit timid. Red fruit, sweet tea leaves. Earthy. Flirt. Makes me want to try more. Very well made.

Loved this, the prefect example of why you need to look outside the more commonly known Burgundy villages. Blind I would have easily though this was a young 1er Cru from Nuits. A classic perfumed nose, elegant and bright red fruits, good medium firm structure, long and pure in the finish.

Great structure. Good juicy fruit with good minerality. Love the fruit. Needs a couple of years to really open up.

So juicy. So powerful. So dense. So elegant. Les Naugues is always the most tannic of Raquillet's. Amazing wine.

The best Mercurey. Big, chewy, dense and pure. Sick acidity and purity. What a wine. So young but so good!

Plummy. Sweet fruit. Some sparkle at the back of the palate. Worked well with shepherds pie. Bought from Fass selections.
