2018 vintage - Nice pale gold colour with aromatic notes of green apple, grapefruit, lemon and grass. Dry with a crisp medium high acidity. Notes of mainly green apple, but also grapefruit, ataulfo mango, minerality and wet clay on a medium-long finish. Nice wine.

Lime zest, lemon pulp, grapefruit highlight a lean, mineral core. Crushed stone and a lingering salinity rounded things out.
