👁 Lovely clear garnet
👃 Pungent odour of metallic steel. Licorice, cinnamon, humid (rainforest or tropical nursery).
👅 Medium minus tannins. Medium minus body. Medium finish. White pepper, mushroom, earth, leather, smoke.
✍️️ Poor structure, no balanced. Would not drink alone, although it paired extremely well with a mineral-driven goat Brie.

Beautiful garnet color but the flavor didn’t work for me. Very light wine. Vegetal (green) flavors with hints of mushroom. Funk didn’t blow off and not much fruit came through.
