tastes similar to a Rhône white. Creamy, herbal, almost anise and mint, deep yellow fruits. Enjoyable, but balance of phenolic and chemical maturity seems a little off. Im sure classicist would hate it, but it’s snapshot of the vintage scored points for me.

Tart apple and pear, delicate malo comes thru as a fuller body and clotted cream. Gorgeous.
