One of those bottles that whenever I see what I have left, I'm sad...Another fantastic showing. On the nose:.cola, spice, wild strawberry, pomegranate, and loads of spicy earthy notes. On the palate: spot-on acidity, balanced by the density, pomegranate, wild strawberry, soft earth, soft pepper, and some grippy tannin on the finish. Fantastic, yum!

More complex and concentrated than most basic Bourgogne but the winemaking seems basic and elementary, it doesn't show the passion and involvement of the better domaines.
