Perhaps it's a bit too soon for the 2016 vintage. I've liked previous vintages of this Côt (Malbec), Cab Franc and Pineau d'Aunis blend. The 2016 is pretty wound up right now tho. Nice acid, pepper, and raspberry jam. Should be great after a bit of age.

excited to try this one, fell a little bit flat but still enjoyable. might need a couple years of bottle age time to loosen up.
