Fennel, endive, & rum soaked apples on nose ( tasted blind a friend thought Jura ); on palate more of those freshly cut vegetables with more apple and underripe pear notes. Intense. And so young. So many miles to go. I always never buy enough of Chidaine, to my regret. But drinking at any stage is so mesmerizing. Like a shooting star.

The 2020 Les Choisilles offers a floral and pear-like aromatic character. It's round and ripe with good grip on the finish, which could be a result of the vintage having had little juice in it; the wines have excellent structure and fruit purity. (Rebecca Gibb MW, Vinous, September 2022)

More fruit than mineral drive. Mango, nectarine, linear acidity, slight chalky mineral finish. Excellent length and purity. Paired with Thai shrimp and basil stir fry.
