TASTE: bright, medium weight - lots of berries: dried cherries, strawberry, black raspberry, mulberry - a zing of oregano, plus warm baking spices. Strawberry became the dominant fruit flavor as it got more air. I this much better than the last vintage I tried. 90.

Clear, yellow tinged color. Nose: very acidic, almost a trace of vinegar. Raisin. Spices, including vanilla. Wood. Some kind of tea. Taste: lightweight, a little acid and bitter. Some slight minerals. Simple. Will probably go well with tomato sauce! (And it did). 86. Fine, but no way worth the $15.

Delicious expression-a pot of mineral and earthy notes, not a lot of fruit forward notes, but I did get a touch of dark cherry. Tannic, great paired with BarTucci’s truffle pasta and roast pork with Marsala.

Apr 11th, 2020Deliciously tannic Nebbiolo, with a lot of minerality, sour cherry on the back of the tongue. Causes a dry pleasant pucker. Great value buy. It mellows as it sits.

Amazing value. Dried fruit and herbs. Nice acidity and tight tannin structure. A little mineral; slate or wet granite.
