This is as exciting, energetic, and pure as wine gets for me. Cracked black peppercorn and read current stream from the glass while sage and thyme smolder in the background. I hope you get a chance to experience this gem

Jan 30th, 2019If there was a “do everything” wine for everyone ... this might be it. Crunchy red fruit, singed ash, and mineral notes. Keeps getting better with age.

Had right after Beaujolais Nouveau. Perfect departure - still Gamay but more complex and slightly heavier in the mouth. Twinge of pencil lead and sour cherries on the tongue.

Jan 7th, 2018Was pleasantly surprised by this wine. It was a random purchase to try something new (Loire reds) .
So hard to beat for the $13 price tag.
Aromatics after a 30 min decant were amazing. The palate at this point is lacking what is on the nose but I suspect with some time and integration that will improve.
