Cuvée Sauvage Napa Valley Chardonnay

VERY strong, huge vanilla and oak, good minor spice.

Ripe apple and pear, toasty oak, creamy and minerally...this has it all.

Nice golden and whisky color on the rim. Nose of toasty nuts, peaches, ripe apple, salty minerals, and carbonates. Taste of lemon and citrus zest, floral note, spices, carbonates, and slight bitter and salty minerals. Aftertaste of distinct peaky french oak, lemon, and lime notes. A semi dry Chardonnay with significant characteristics. Nice.

aromas of coconut, little vanilla, baking spices, some rock,
flavors show oak, but still good acid, grapefruit, balanced. nice clean finish- washes away the oak.... lime
complex/interesting character over time.

Straw colored, full no quest on the nose with a dry finish, not too much acidity, lovely.

Really nice Chardonnay- esp for the price I got it for on clearance! Oaky and creamy- very drinkable

Well-rounded and nicely balanced Chardonnay, great as a everyday wine (my second best choice after Flowers).

Complex flavor with smooth, buttery finish.
