Popped and poured at a social gathering. No formal notes. In the glass, a striking greenish gold. The nose is intense suggesting a wine of real verve…and it was. Effusive, bright tropical fruit, star fruit, apricot, cheese, and minerals. This wine is so well endowed with fruit! That being said, there is tremendous acid too. My WOTN enjoyed with a handful of other Chablis.
