Grignolino d'Asti
All strawberries and elbows. Bright red fruit and tart acidity.

Very lovely nose of strawberries and cherries. On the palate, more strawberries and some minerals, almost like a strawberry soda but without the bubbles. Easy to drink if not a bit one dimensional. Almost zero tannin but enough acid to make the fruit sufficiently zippy for lighter fare. A wine to drink now.
