Pale yellow-green, nose carried by soft bread exotic fruit a hint of spice, brightly textured, chewy, prolonged finish with sublime acid kick. Masterful pinot blanc, a rare product, well played Mr. Ollivier.

Grilled lemon, vanilla bean, chamomile, sea shells, sourdough. Snappy acidity, juicy/slightly creamy texture, medium bodied, tart mouth watering finish. Interesting round/linear/round profile.
