Doppio Passo Puglia Primitivo

The Sun Inn. Lighter end of Promitivo but well balanced, good with red meat, and very drinkable.

Light but well rounded value wine, perfect for winding down the week on a balcony

Berry berry simple and nice.

Not going to be a favorite. Sort of sweet up front with a tannic/vinegar finish. Much better with risotto and caprese but did not enjoy unless I was eating. Some fruit-cherry mostly- that did linger. Probably would not buy again.

16$ nice smooth berry forward soft and does go well with pasta and meat sauce.

Dark Fruit, easy drinking. Has an almost tawny port profile. Good for price

Enjoyed this wine. Tons of berries (strawberry, raspberry, cherry). Had with ameritriciana & paired really nicely. Would love to have again.

A bit softer with deeper plum flavor, more tobacco and a longer finish than the bio version
