Lovely muted nose of pear, vanilla and white flower. True to form Ric Forman Chablis style on nose and mouth. Well balanced, bright acidity, good depth with apple tart, long finish! Lovely 😊!

With an overwhelming taste of green apples, this Chardonnay is very much in the vein of a Chablis. A wonderful aperitif to start an Indian meal.
