This wine came across relatively fruity - peach, stone fruit, tangerine. Rounder mouthfeel than some of the other #forgecellars wines and came across sweeter (though RS 0.2) and more honeyed. Medium finish. #flxriesling

Tart and floral. Paired with stir fried Napa cabbage and bacon - would leave out the Sichuan peppercorn next time though.

Slightly aromatically challenged, but hints of honey and white flowers lead to a palate of orange and lemon, lemon pith, grapefruit, lilacs, and hint of wet stone and salinity. Good balance and zippy acidity but a bit tart on the finish. Still a very enjoyable wine!
