Floral-laced peaches and apricots mix with an air of sweet smoke as the 2019 Nosiola Fontanasanta opens in the glass. This soothes with soft textures, while it also excites with a core of citrus-tinged acidity and salty minerals. The 2019 takes a turn toward the tropical spectrum through the finale, leaving hints of kiwi and young mango to linger. This is a very pretty and energetic vintage for the Fontanasanta Nosiola. (Eric Guido, Vinous, June 2022)

Floral and quite delicate nose led a wonderfully chalky and dry palate that meshed superbly with oysters and charred cod. Laser beam of nice acidity balances light peach, apricot. Beautiful. Drink cold.
