Chianti Classico Sangiovese

At its peak, very soft finish. Doesn’t taste like a Chianti usually does. Lacking in the sour cherry. Lacking in length. Still super enjoyable. Smoothness attributed to the organic nature of the wine.

A good reliable Classico in half bottle to finish off a memorable lunch at Geranium.
