Beautiful (but oxidized) nose of tangerine rind, sherry, and nuts. Orange in color. On the palate there is little hint of the oxidization present on the nose. High acid and lots of bright stone fruits

With all the excellent recent young Barolo releases lately to try out it’s been a while since I tasted an aged Barolo - within my price point - this is a good refresher of how this wine can mellow out with age.
Spice and dark cherry on the nose. Slow ox for a few hours and filtered some sediment. Earthy dark cherry and cinnamon on the palate, relatively smooth and mouthwatering/tingling with pleasant lingering grippy tannins on the finish.
