This tawny port has a deep raisin flavor with caramel and toasted marshmallows on the finish. However, the high alcohol content delivers a strong burn on the first sip and then it mellows out. This particular bottle was bottled in 2012.

I love port, a great expression. A lot of fig and caramel. Very rich, dried fruits, raspberry, and nutmeg.
