Highland Series Monterey Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

Nice blend of bright apple and hints of nectarine and a pyrazine edge closer to gooseberry than pasilla chile. PleasAnt in mouth with good acid balanced by a few grams of residual sugar. Well made food wine. Varietal.

Lovely and light with Pescado ala Veracruzana. (made at home btw). Hints of peach.

Light yellow with nice bouquet of tropical and citrus fruits. On the palate tart apple with lemon citrus, very crisp. Overly acidic with earthy mineral and grassy tones. Ok, not great. Tasting Sample.

Love it. Great with chicken.
