I almost thought about using to for cooking. It has tart cherry flavors at first & gets sweeter after it sits a while. I left the bottle open for 45 minutes & it was so much better than the first glass. Not sure how it will taste after a day or two. Nice fruit forward notes with hints of vanilla… Not likely I would by it again for $13

Feb 19th, 2021Light red with notes of fresh, newly picked cherries and a hint of vanilla. Easy to drink on its own. (Gorgeous bottle and cork, by the way😍)
