Nose has wet Flint, light white flowers and cold honey.
Palate has tangerine pith, under-ripe pineapple, steely notes on the medium finish.
Great wine, and great winemaker, we met him in May of 2018, very accommodating to have us for a late afternoon appointment at his cellar in Monthelie.

Always a killer bottle of Aligote. Stunning mouthfeel and texture which Garaudet is a master of. Nose is a bit anonymous right now but the palate is glorious. Very juicy and so textured. Energetic and dynamic. Long.

Jan 25th, 2019This is the first vintage I’ve imported as this was so good in March. Nose has lime zest and minerals. Palate is rich, dense and complex. Juicy and concentrated with lovely minerals and freshness. Long. Supberb.

Smells of lemon cream ... nice aroma. Soft lemon taste with a creamy mouthfeel. Acid has subdued quite a bit. So not very crisp, but really nice taste. Soft sour notes on the finish.

Lovely Aligote. Trademark acidity and minerality but some nice fruit as well. Great with oysters. Bought from Fass Selections.
