Light straw with green hints . Fine bubbles Inviting nose , brown bread , yeasty character, cooked apple , mineral. On the palate very complete , more of the cooked apple , and mineral nuances . Long finish , very good acidity, very well balanced. Very well made wine , excellent to drink now and over the next 24 months I would expect. It is pretty dry comes across more like an extra brut as opposed to just brut, dosage 4.8g/l Disgorged January 2018.

2021 spring / summer. 2014 base (80%), bottled 2015/5, degorged 2019/4. This showed its typical apple pie and ice cream personality - broad and open.

16/20 (89/100) Приятный аромат с нотами лимонов, яблок и сдобы. Относительно легкое с высокой кислотностью. Меловая текстура. Дружелюбное шампанское, хорошее соотношение цена/качество.
