In a word terrible. I couldn’t wait to spit this out. I didn’t have it in my mouth long enough to determine any flavors, etc. The woman at the tasting didn’t understand a word I was saying, so this winery overall is doing a terrible job promoting its wine.

Aug 6th, 2023This has to breathe for the full experience. The wine paired better with cheddar after the second day. The wine also lives up to the “healthy wine” marketing. My heart was pounding less and I woke up with less puffy eyes.
