Fisher Vineyards
Wedding Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
Classic Cali-ripe cab fruit but very classically styled. Drying tannins. Still tastes young.

Dec 23rd, 2020My last 2007. I waited too long for this but it was still a nice wine. Saving the bottle because Fred Fisher signed this one for me.

Jul 26th, 2020Enjoyed this tonight. Medium plus weight with dark red/black fruit and a peppery/licorice accent. Savory and fruity with a still present tannic lift carrying its lengthy finish. Solid!

Mar 15th, 2020I’ve been a fan of Fisher Vineyards wines for a while but have not had the privilege of having their Wedding Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. Right at first sip you knew that you had something special! Deep and dark, but not heavy. Fruit was blackberry and dark cherry and a sweet tannin. So good, we ordered a second bottle. 😃

Dec 12th, 2018This wine is big. Like porn star big. Definitely a red meat wine. Needs time to open up but wow!
