My first Pétillant Netural (Pet Nat) style wine, and it is quite unique & wonderful. Pear, green apple & honeysuckle on the nose. A naturally sparkling wine, it has a beautuful light effervescence which brings bright strawberry & apple up front with interesting hints of salted lemon. Paired quite well with a fresh tomato basil pasta! ($16) [9/14/21]

Lacking some texture and complexity has some nice lemon notes and grapefruit. Real spritzy in weight, the D&G maybe be more expensive but worth it. To light on Dank notes.

Very interesting pet nat. Not sure I’ve had a similar one before. High acid, high carb, decent fruit. Would be nice with soft cheese or crab cakes.
