A lovely old vine Chenin Blanc from Santa Ynez Valley that opens up with aromas of bruised apples and butter. The Initial palate is a tart key lime, with a medium finish of pineapple and marzipan. Deliciously paired with pan seared salmon korma and coconut basmati rice.

Nice zippy chenin. Green apple, unripe kiwi, citrus, vanilla, woodsy. At first reminded me of sherry. Opened up as night progressed. Great the next day. Great acid, nice minerality. Wouldve never thought it was from CA. 11.9%
