Clear brilliant sunlit yellow, easy on the eyes. Ripe Anjou pear and sour apple candy. The rind of a ripe honeydew; honeycomb, wax and all. Gravel wet with snow melt. Palate is marzapan and lemon meringue. Surprisingly rich at 11%

This chenin is everything I have ever wanted a white wine to be: crisp, acidic, slightly sweet and slightly salty, absolutely free of oak, but with deliciously full aroma of apple and stone fruit blossoms, lemonade, and salt flats. Perfection.
