Inzolia makes me a special kind of happy. Reminiscent of my Sicilian roots, the perfect balance of acidity, sweet, tart, and delicious. So perfect with these oysters.

Flowers, herbs, clean and delicious. Perfect calamari wine.

Bright and fresh like an ocean breeze. Hints of star fruit and cling peach, and yet not a fruity wine. Dry and elegant Excellent with risotto, seafood, and breakfast. :)
