Dubl Brut Falanghina
Pale lemon color with stone fruit and floral aromas, light mousse and small bubbles. On the palate flavors of ripe apple, peach and lemon citrus, sweet notes. Medium finish ending with fruit and chalky mineral notes.

Mar 10th, 2022Wow! Champagne from Campania at €20 a bottle at the restaurant! Fine fine stuff from falanghina picked early. White peach, lemon brioche, lots of minerality, perfect balance and no orchard or tropical fruit overpowering it’s finesse

Aug 2nd, 2022Minerality, white flower, white peach, delicate rose petals on the nose. Med body, high acid(wow), med p intensity, dry, bitter, yeasty med p finish with hint of green apple aromas. Good for shrimp with cocktail sauce but I drunk with pizza with olive, pomodoro, pancetta. Delicious apprentif. (Bubbles are not that tight, quite dry. Difficult to find residual sugar in this wine)
