Nice pizza wine. Pairs well with a crushed tomato pie with fresh mozzarella and garlic.

Cherry, a bit dark and slight effervescent tendencies.

Sicilian satellite of "Castellare di Castellina" galaxy. Well crafted Nero d'Avola with good parfumes of riped black fruits with enveloping notes of liqorice. It flows in the mouth with its impenetrable ruby red dress bringing warm sensations with itself. Good balance and mighty body. Too young and not so complex to be a great wine but pleasant and with a good q/p.

Grown only 4 miles from the sea. One of the more full bodied grapes of Sicily. The ocean and altitude and ocean breeze keep this wine a little lighter on its toes.
