Grassy, apple and lemon on the nose. Bright and citrusy with the perfect balance of acidity. A nice full mouthfeel with lingering peach and grapefruit notes, even some honeysuckle or jasmine. I caught more of the vanilla and oak notes when enjoyed with the Salmon I prepared.
