Snapping rounded acidity/minimal smooth velvet tannin presence, juicy-silky texture, light-medium bodied, fruity-smoky finish. Highly aromatic, mineral driven, softer, more approachable interpretation of Dolcetto. Perfect weekday wine.

Jun 1st, 2017Needs time. Super tannic. Underwhelming fruit. If you drink it now, let it air out for a long time.

May 10th, 2016Rich in the nose, ashy and fruity. Surprisingly full in the mouth for a Dolcetto.

Jun 27th, 2013Wine by the glass at Flour + Water. Looked and smelled to be "inky" but was a little flat with minimal after taste. Could drink a lot. At the restaurant it was $12 a glass. Yikes.
