Highly aromatic, mineral driven, softer, more approachable interpretation of Dolcetto. Perfect weekday wine.

Wine by the glass at Flour + Water. Looked and smelled to be "inky" but was a little flat with minimal after taste. Could drink a lot. At the restaurant it was $12 a glass. Yikes.
