Aug 9th, 2019Pale ruby. Flinty smoky red cherry and herbs on the enticing nose. Then clean fresh and easygoing, with a stony quality to the ripe but vibrant red cherry and redcurrant flavors. Finishes long and herbal with hints of flint. (Ian D'Agata, Vinous, August 2019)

Aug 8th, 2019So good. Very pretty... violets and red flowers on the nose broaden to, cherries, redcurrants, some lava minerality on the palate. A bit hot on the nose (14% abv and quite light bodied) but still a delightful and pure etna rosso.

Jan 18th, 2019A vibrant, mineral medium bodied red with excellent acidity and long finish of sour cherry and herbs. Not cheap, but not typical either. From Dressner.
