At first a very mineral/smokey wine with a lot of savory meaty notes up front, a little reductive. Slowly became to evolve into a more fruit centric wine with lots of black raspberry, cherry and pomegranate tones. Still that underpinning of forest, meat, sagebrush, and spices. This Etna aligns more with PN than Neb. Soft and silky tannins, perfumed, bright acid.

Red cherry, raspberry, cola, vanilla. A nice effervescence on the palate. Reminded me of a Pinot Noir from Carneros.

Nice fruit, acid, little bit of earth lingering there towards the end. Interested in the Cru.

Strange for an Etna Rosso, but delicious. Don't get nearly the volcanic minerality that I'd expect, but do get some red fruit and some gamay-like funk.
