Unfussy, varietally typical #toscana #sangiovese. Needed a few minutes to open up but classic varietal woodsy slightly spicy red fruit; nicely balanced and paired well with marinara sauce pasta at a charming Italian Trattoria in SoHo NYC. Bottle was priced very accessibly.
