Lemon curd, golden yellow apple, brown pear, peanut shells, sawdust, saline, marcona almond, sea breeze. Rounded acidity, creamy/Sur lie texture, medium bodied, long citrus pulp/herbal finish. Felt like a Meursault meets Savennieres. Outstanding!
