A real stunner. The tension of the wine straddles into both the dessert and orange wine categories. I'm thinking pairing with lemon sauces for chicken and seafood. Even desserts with pistachio

2008 vintage, Magnum. Theo Randall, Intercontinental Park Lane, London. Riesling-esque profile at first with ripe yellow fruit and a hint of petrol. Opened up and unvail, rich notes and a full-bodied character. Excellent!

Already past its prime.
Oxidation notes are starting to show.
Still enjoyable. Disappointing though.

Rich and dense. Peaches and spices.
Alcohol starting to show in the finish, so I guess it’s time to drink these.
