Rosso di Montalcino Sangiovese

Dry, dusty cranberry upon opening with a hint of anise. Beautiful acid and medium tannins bring in warm, sunny red fruit or, dare I say it, a hint of tomato? Delicious!

Awesome sangiovese

Fruit forward nose, with flavors to match, but surprisingly and pleasantly dry, with full bodied deep, earthy tannins and a rich finish.

Quite nice but a little bit too much tannin.

Very dry. Little bit of earth. Cherries. Definitely need to breath. Paired better with food - risotto tonight.
