Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc.....it just tastes better here.

Vintage 2006. Cranberry, pepper, smoky, coffee bean with bunch of black pepper, finishing with leathery notes. Tannins melted down very nicely with promising acidity. Marriaged so well with the roasted chicken. 91+

Super white CdP from younger vines of Perrin. Their red is also very good

Aromatically floral with lively red berry fruit beckoning attention. Fresh and lingering acidity adds backbone to this lovely blend.

Mmmm... Potent and interesting... A little black pepper and anise, tarragon or something
