A great summer hot 90 degree day wine. Lovely nose. Really open. White flowers, mountain air, spice, pine needles. Scene in nature type aromas. Palate is like drinking a vinous mountain stream. Balanced, compact, fresh and pure. Gorgeous juiciness and length. Really interesting herbal flavors and some lemony flavors as well. Great texture and density yet so light on its feet. Fantastic.

More like tight little heirloom apples. Amazing purity. Really lovely minerality, complexity and balance. Long. This is really good and evokes such a an alpine white quality. Really long.

Strong and rustic. All the Gringet is here. Inner mouth aromas and superb mountain minerality. Juicy, elegant and finesse driven with wondering acidity.

Palate is a bit apple cider. Pleasantly rich but not overwhelmingly so. Lingers on the lips. Very good. Nicely mineral. Some lemon zest. Quite delicious and different. Great change of pace wine. Juicy.
... as this opens it more tastes like mountain meursault. Pine and mountain air on the nose. Sprightly richness on the palate. Really good as you aerate it. Mineral in the finish.

Complacent and shy, with bits of distinction. Needs a little time and brain juice to find the hidden quirks. The dill, the sour cream, the spearmint. Quiet entrances. Surrounded by a more familiar crew. Lemon zest, crisp pear, tangerine, and black pepper.

So many unique and Gringet like scents. Hard to describe. Palate is wonderfully elegant and super expressive with major acidity and freshness. This needs air. Structure is dominant the first 15 minutes then it gets more expressive on the palate. Lovely tension on the finish. Super geeky and super delicious.

Fresh, alpine herbs, lemon, minerals. Definitely get a cidry note. Hint of jasmine. Refreshing and interesting at once.

Zesty, herbal, creamy mid, terrific acidity & freshness. Needs to unwind but fabulous now with a decant.

Nose is Floral. Apricot pit. Beautiful. So elegant. Very very perfumed.
Palate is clean apricot. More like mountain stream infused with apricot. Very elegant. Delicious but geeky. Juicy in an elegant way. This is very good. Much lighter and more elegant than Berlioz.
