Familia Zuccardi
Poligonos del Valle de Uco San Pablo Cabernet Franc

Bright stone fruits - a fresh nose on this one.
Medium bodied, with candied fruits, gravel, sorrel, flavorful citrus acidity and lip scrunching tannins.
Still tight and young, could use another year or two, yet still enjoying after a rapid night of Darts.
Cheers. 🍷

Lots of brett on the first day that disappeared the next. Opened up nicely after that.

This quite nice after about two hrs and even then, the rhetorical fruit is faint. Full, dry, earthy, spiced, medium alcohol, hints of green vegetables and a highly tannic finish with hints of red cherry. I want to like this wine more but need steak to actually bring out the best in the wine. Cheers.

Great! Medium-bodied, notes of raspberry. Smooth, soft but present tannin. Elegant, almost reminds me of a Piedmont Nebbiolo-based wine more than a cab franc, at least for this vintage.
