Monastrell (65%) blended with Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Garnacha Tintorera (15%) Aromas of dark fruits and purple flowers. Flavors of black raspberry, bramble and graphite. Hint of green pepper (Probably from the Cabernet Sauvignon). Full bodied but balanced acidity (high altitude?) and silky tannins. Nice touch of oak. Pleasant surprise.

65% monastell, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Tintoretto. Delicious. Fruit with some greem notes.

Strong anise flavour and some raspberry and earthiness. Interesting. And pretty label, if nothing else.

had this almost a year ago and it is absolutely peaking w/many years ahead, plenty of stuffing yet polished presentation

Tons of dried fruit aromas, dates and raisins, light body but a strong flavor profile, balanced acid and tannins. Super interesting! A forgotten bottle from the Fall 2023 member sale 🤭

3/2026. Nice red blend from Spain. Nice fruit and easy to drink. Even pairs well with fish.

had this years ago and i feel like they've made some great strides: Monastrell from Yecla can be flabby fruit bombs, but this is a legit wine, great old vine material, had some of the secondary aromas & flavors from southern France, some of that feral quality, some iodine, white pepper along with copious amounts of black & red fruit. polished & poised, smooth thru nice finish
