An estate Chardonnay from Oregon's Fairsing Vineyard crafted by Robert Brittan. Incredibly balanced with mysterious acidity. On the nose and palette it's an absolute delight.

Still has a good concentration of colour at the centre and lightening toward the edges with a spectacular gold hue. Nose is carmelized pineapples, milk bread baking spices, candied quince and a whiff of summer ripeness due to its age (it’s definitely past its prime but still elegant as hell). The palate has flavours of green pear, kumquat and crème caramel with the warmth of ripe summer fruit and pops of lively brightness.

Sep 1st, 2024Abundant aromas of white peach and Comice pear accented by subtle notes of Meyer lemon, hazelnuts & cardamom. Rich & supple entry, mid-palate depth and generous length.
